Yes, all our products are strictly CGM (Curly Girl Method) friendly, meaning they are free from harsh sulfates, drying alcohols, and non-soluble silicones.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Can I return a product if it doesn't suit my hair?

We offer a 15-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used.

Do you test your products on animals?

Never. Fix My Curls is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We test our formulas on humans with curly hair, never on animals.
